Hi, I've ordered some packages from the iPhone app "Geek" and they seem to be stuck at something where they write "has sent letters" and one "hang leave pay" what does this mean? They are going to Denmark and they are stuck in Gongzhou and Shanghai. Gere are the tracking ID's:

RI370766715CN

Are they coming or should i contact the shipper?

track here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, if the status stuck over 4 weeks, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.
