Hello,
I purchased some items from ioffer.com site at 2 june the seller gave me the tracking number RC151542462CN and still can't track my parcel ( China Post has not received parcel# RC151542462CN) is the tracking number fake or not ..!! the seller says he have send my goods and that China Post's inquiry system failure,
So temporarily unable to find an effective tracking information ..

Your seller is lying. "China Post has not received parcel# RC151542462CN "means that your seller never shipped anything to you. open dispute to paypal and claim full refund for fraud shipment.
