RB858784428CN just left Beijing for Europe. You will get it in about 2 to 3 weeks.

My item with tracking number:RC625576078CN was tracked to Slovenia.
My home address is in Bulgaria. How will I receive it and when?

RC625576078CN is to Slovenia not Bulgaria. Your seller should have given you a wrong number.
