Hello,

We have ordered products from China and the EMS tracking number is saying 'not found'. The number is EA049883686CN.

We are concerned the number is fake.

Can someone please assist?

if you just got the number, please wait about 2 to 4 days and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/.

if you got the number over 4 days ago and still no result, you need to talk to seller and ask for real tracking number and real shipment date. If seller does not reply you or still gives you misleading shipment info, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal and claim refund.
