Hello

Could you please give me tracking informations for RJ192662915CN? Last time i tracked it, it was on custom export scan or something like that. Now if i try it, it doesn't show me anything. Also it didn't leave China for 4 weeks is this normal? Is everything ok and can you maybe even tell me how long will it take to arrive? It contains fragile glass, so maybe that delays something?

the parcel was delayed in hangzhou for a couple of weeks. if no battery inside, no need worry. it should arrive in next 2 to 3 weeks.
