Post stuck parcel "Export Customs Scan"

my parcel has been stuck already 2 weeks with this status and it doesn't show new info:

RC839897245CN 2014 Received by China Post Shenzhen Russia 20140620 2100
RC839897245CN 2014 Export Security Scan Shenzhen Russia 20140620 2359
RC839897245CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Shenzhen Russia 20140621 1618

the parcel doesn't contain any batteries or something like that, I bought some things for vaping ecigars such as vaporizer and usb cable and I don't understand why they stopped it so long... following your advices from the faq, maybe should I just wait for it? or perhaps it'd be better if I open a dispute and to ask a refund of money?

All my orders from Aliexpress.com that are being shipped by China Air Mail are all stuck in the custom for 15 days and some of them more than 15 days

The same problem. My parcels stucks 12 days in export custom scan Beijing. I called the local post office but my parcels are not delivered. i am going holiday and this is a problem. I have just a bag no copy right. May be there are some delays , dont know why! Sometimes status did not change even if you receive the parcel. Last time i received it after 12 days and status not changed until now. Same in Shenzhen. Export Custom scan stucks 10 days. Also just shoes and no copy right. No holidays or events, but delays!
I am not sure but more than 3 weeks ( 25 days) not arriving at destionation country (Europe) is not normal.

hehe i have this problem too, i'm going to go on holidays and i don't know what to do with this parcel, whether i should wait or or to open dispute. i had problems too in the beginning because it didn't shown tracking almost a month and now this... stuck in the customs, i hope somebody can tell us what could be better in this case

the parcel should be no problem. sometimes status not changing does not the parcel not moving. please be patient.

Yes i know, but usually 10 days later i receive the parcel. I called the post office in Austria and they say it is not here. Beijing usually update it fast and ship it fast to airline. But many people have the same problem in Beijing. 10 -15 and more days in export custom scan and all shipping to europe.

same problem here no update in russian post, i have received all the the parcel which i ordered in aliexpress , except this, only this gave me problems...

What is going on in Beijing? 10 peoples , just from forum here have parcels in ECS in Beijing , same date 25.06. , all are not battery or copy right items. I know this doesnt mean that parcels are not moving or status will be not always updated. My last parcel was sent to airline on 22.06 and arrived in 7 days. Strange is also all with the same date 25.06 with destination different countries are not received, but i noticed parcels to Serbia from 25.06. are received. My protection expire soon -7 days. After that i am going holidays. Seller is honest. Can someone check this with Beijing? Or have someone info about the reason for delays in Beijing?

Beijing was experiencing some delay in end of Jun. I believe all the parcel will arrive sooner or later, please be patient.

Ok. This explain the delays. I understand now.Thank you. I am a long term buyer in aliexpress. So i know ca. how china post work, but sometimes i dont understand the delays. Thank you you are a great help!
