My package LZ014914312CN has been stuck on departure export customs for the last 19 days and hasn’t moved. It is meant to be coming to the UK but I’m not sure what to do or how long to wait?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ014914312CN shows the parcel was shipped from China on apr 16 and was sent to Shanghai airport on April 19. It is still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to UK.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to UK. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. many parcels will have 4 to 6 weeks delay.

After parcel arrives UK, UK Post website will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
