Hi, i ve made an order on 1st January. its been almost a month. and for 20 days it stuck in`Export Custom Scan`.

RI291628014CN 2015 Received by China Post Guangzhou Poland 2015.01.05
RI291628014CN 2015 Export Security Scan Guangzhou Poland 2015.01.06
RI291628014CN 2015 Export Customs Scan Guangzhou Poland 2015.01.06

is that normal?

Hello.
I have a problem about my delivery. i ve made an order on 9th January. My package is at the Beijing since 2015.01.14. I cant get any refreshment at the tracking page since that day. I want to learn about my package's destination and updated information. Can you help me about that situation.

It is normal. Sometimes export customs scan is last status. Not always the status will change in sent to airline.
