normally the parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date. the status will not change until the parcel arrives your country.

Was sent to airline on the 21st for this item RR471216567CN and it's still not arrived nor has there been any change to it's status in if it's in the UK or China still, any help please?

sent to airline is the last status in china. this status will not change until the parcel finally arrives your country. normally this procedure will take about 2 to 4 weeks.

guangzhou airport has too many parcels transited from shanghai. you might be patient. wait one more week and see what happens.

RB862880142CN I have read replies to this topic and they seem to fall into three categories.

1. the parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date.

2. sent to airline is the last status in china. this status will not change until the parcel finally arrives your country

3. It seems that the parcel is stuck in the airport think about requesting a refund

Is there really any way to find out where it is and if it will really ever be delivered?

China Post register mail not like DHL,UPS which can track detailed location and estimated arrival date. China Post only records location information before parcel left China and final delivery date in destination. You can not get those information after the parcel left china and before the parcel is delivered in destination country. this no-information status sometimes can last from 2 to 6 weeks.

So we try to help user to estimate the arrival date and potential delivery problems based on our previous tracking records including other people's sent to airline date, final delivery date, rejected or returned parcel information etc.
