RM605840462CN should be on the way to Austria. now is rush season, parcel moving is slow. you should get it by new year.

Please can you help me with my shipment, my tracking number is RH089832271CN . I've ordered from Shanghai 15.november 2014. Status on day 21.december 2014 is PEK Beijing sent to airline. What does it mean ,and when I can expect the shipment? I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina. How long you can keep the shipment in Beijing not to be returned to the Seller. Thank you

the status arrived import customs has location phmnla, i thought it was already here but then the next status was sent to airline and the location is guangzhou again. how come? please help. when will i receive my parcel? thank u in advance!

Maybe it failed the customs inspection and was returned. Check with your customs or post office to see if they have a record of it. If not, open a dispute and get your money back.

Hi! It's my first time to order abroad and i've been tracking my parcels since the day the seller shipped them. I ordered 2 items, the first item's last update is "Arrived Import Customs" Location PHMNLA, date 20150216 0603.

My other parcel also has the same update, PHMNLA dated 20150223 0540.

What does this mean? Are my parcels here already?

And what would be the next update that I should see?

your parcel is in the hand of Philippine Postal Corporation. You should contact them and pickup the parcel.
