Post Status "departed" parcel still missing though

Can someone at China Post please look into the below information, where is my package? It says departed from 05004400 to SE quite some time ago...

"departed" means the parcel departured China Post warehouse and sent to airline. airline will ship the parcel once the get available space. In normal season, airline departured date(real departure) is only one or two days after "departure" from China Post warehouse. However, in rush season, this time lag might be one or two weeks or even longer.
