Hello china post forum volunteer, i'm amazed by your job! Keep helping china post customers! 😀

Here is my problem. I've order a smartphone in 07/30/2014 from a seller who said that will ship it via china post. It has no tracking number.

Until today (09/13/2014) it has not arrived in southern Europe. :(
Checking other topics in here i understood that when a parcel contains battery (as mine) it could be rejected by custom scan, is that right?

So may i have to ask for refund?

if no tracking number, you can not make sure if the seller really shipped the goods or not. you have to open dispute and claim refund before buyer protection expires.
