Post Singapore post to Italy question

Hello, recently I bought some items off Taobao.com and I used an agent to get the goods shipped via Singapore post.
I chose this shipping method because in the past I received my parcels faster than China Post.
However this time, the package is stuck on the status DESPATCHED TO OVERSEAS since 3rd of November.
On Poste Italiane website there's no updates since then.

Do you think I should contact the agent to have some more detailed info?
Here's the tracking number: RF604641292SG

Thanks in advance

Roberto

1. You can find some info here on Singapore post Estimate arrival time:
http://www.singpost.com/postage-rate

Look at:

I suspect it's all working days they are saying.

Hope this help.

1. Please don't forget that at the other end is the Italian Post and I suspect they won't jump up and down by saying hey it's Roberto Parcel so we need to scan it right now and get it to Customs for clearance.

2. Just to prepare you in case it take long to scan your parcel.

Hope this help.

Thanks, I know of course Italian Post is not the best in the world but I was just wondering one thing:
when in the tracking there's written DESPATCHED, it's despatched for real and then let it sit outside customs in Italy or is only a "fake" despatch and the package is still at the singapore post office?

1, Because there is no flight number:

03.11.2016 17:34
Send item abroad (Export)
Singapore SGSING
Italy Itmila

2. It means your parcel is On Route to Italy from Singapore. Now did the parcel took a flight on the 03 Nov, you and I don't know that because we don't know where the parcel is going first. Is it a direct flight or is it a flight that will make some hop along the way.

3. But on thing is for sure the parcel is On Route to Italy.

Hope this help.
