since 23/10/2013 i havent receive my parcel
The tracking number is RB859219433CN
The system says that the parcel still be in china after 2 months
please tell me where is the parcel and why it havent arrive yet

If your status has not changed since Oct 13. Your parcel might have already been returned to shipper. You have to claim non-receipt refund to paypal or aliexpress asap.
