Hi,

My parcel (RI223167066CN) has been stuck on "Sent to airline" since December 12th. Chinapostvolunteer, could you tell me where is my parcel? I'm a little bit worried because my buyer's protection expires on January 12th and I don't know if I should open a dispute or not.

you can not know the present location until it arrives next airport with scanning service. this might take 2 to 6 weeks after 'sent to airline' date in this rush season. please be patient. the parcel should arrive before Jan 12. If not arrive, then open dispute as protection.
