Hello I order some goods from FRANCE and it shows sent to airline since April 19th and I have not received till date RB218194497CN thanks

normally parcels should arrive France in about 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline date. if over this date, it might be lost or have something not allowed by import customs and was rejected.
