RC715831675CN when I track this number in shows delivered but the parcel never reach Cyprus even. The last information is from 30 April somewhere in China. The seller doesnt want to refund my money back. Please, can you find my parcel.

RC715831675CN was final delivered to SHIPPER. it was RETURNED. You should open a dispute to paypal or aliexpress and claim money back from seller. http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435
