Hi guys, wondering if you can help me here. I'm waiting on 3 pairs of headphones from 1 seller that I paid for on the 7th November, along with other items from other sellers that have came already! I've asked him a few times about this and he keeps telling me not to worry about it and that they will come soon but I really need them for Xmas and I don't believe they are coming at all (plus I'm running out if time to file a dispute with paypal)! When I check the status on the site HE gave me it says:

Destination Country - United Kingdom(Not Found)

RB737182566CN stuck in Qingdao over one month and does not change status. Normally this means the parcel has been returned to shipper or lost. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money. check following post:

Seller is telling me that it hasn't been returned to him. Really needed these for Christmas presents. Don't really understand why all these packages would be returned either as they are all paid for, surely people are entitled to the items they bought! It just messes up the chance of people getting their money back also! I would really avoid buying from china again as I can't be guaranteed my items :s

Buying from China is safe, but you should know how to protect yourself.

In your case, the best way is file a non-receipt dispute with paypal or aliexpress. You no need to do anything. Seller will be forced to contact China Post and get proof that you have received the parcel.

If he can not get proof, you will get refund.

Hey there bit confused here, you said that my parcel has been stuck for 1 month in Qingdao and now it's supposed to be returned to sender! I'm assuming it's because of the message posted about them being very busy. But I ordered a purse on the 1st of December and it has arrived. So can u tell me how my other package is stuck in the airport from the 18th nov but my purse came right through and onto a plane?
