Hi,

I posted a parcel on the 23rd October from the UK to China with the above tracking number. It states that it departed on the 27th November at 14.53 from Beijing. Does that mean it has been delivered to the recipient at that time? Or is it still to be delivered? If so, how long does it take as Royal mail said it takes around 5 working days.

RU173790470GB is in Beijing Customs. Please wait one more week and see what happens. It should be delivered next week.
