Dear China Post Customer Service Team,

Under the "item status" the message shows that "Other/Item being held, addressee being notified." Does that mean my mail has been held in one of the post offices in the final destination? If so, could you please tell me the exact address of the post office and I can tell my mother to pick it up in person.
