Hi. I ordered something that should arrive to Montenegro.
The sealer gave me shiping number: RS127688453NL
The sealer seems suspicious, so I was wondering is this even a valid shiping number, because I'm never have shiping number ending with NL

According To spring the overall mail shipment was submitted on 04/07/14

I've had to items dispatched from china with a number and RSxxxxxxxNL The thing I would like to know is how genuine is spring global mail tracking items from china why is being sent with a tracking number NLpost??

RS127688453NL is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some china seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. this kind of parcel updating very slow. sometimes, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to show up in netherlands post website http://www.postnl.post .Please do not use spring global mail tracking, it is not accurate.

Mine say the same "status PRE - ADVISED".

Does anyone know what PRE - ADVISED means ???

it means shipper has already printed shipping label, but parcel has not been received by Netherlands Post yet.

Now my shiping info changed to "The item is at the PostNL sorting center" and my destination country changed to "Serbia" but my address is in Montenegro.
Why?

I believe the shipper gave you another guy's tracking number which is shipped to Serbia. you should contact seller and ask him explain why the parcel is shipped to wrong country. If no good explanation, then open dispute and claim refund.

Why?

Open a dispute against the seller since he either shipped you order to a wrong address or gave you someone else's tracking number. Try contacting the seller before opening a dispute and see where this will lead you
