Hello,

the status of the parcel with the number RK219027473CN has not changed for about 3 weeks. It still says "Arrival at inward office of Exchange". Would be nice if you could say me whats going on and when the package is going to be delivered.

RK219027473CN seems to have problem to pass security scan in Nanjing. You can wait 2 more weeks and see if you can get the goods. If not, open dispute and claim refund for lost order.
