Is it something wrong with the shippment: RK049748258CN? From the 28th of august the status is the same: collection.

RK049748258CN seems have some problem to pass security check and might be rejected. you'd better ask seller to re-ship the goods. If seller can not give you a new tracking number, open dispute and claim refund.
