This order has been stuck in Export Customs Scan in Shanghai since november 18th. Are there any delays in Shanghai to Europe (in my case Holland)?

It's just a simple action figure. No batteries or liquid. Any idea what the status is? Thanks in advance.

yes. there are some delay in shanghai. You need wait at least 10 more days to get the goods.

12 days later and there is still no update. Should I consider this package lost?

if you want, you can open dispute to aliexpress/paypal and claim refund for lost parcel.
