Hi my orders has been stuck in export scan backandforth for 7 weeks now as below;

RJ260814864CN 2014 Received by China Post Ningbo Turkey 20141127 1430
RJ260814864CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Hangzhou Turkey 20141128 0846
RJ260814864CN 2014 Export Security Scan Hangzhou Turkey 20141128 1340
RJ260814864CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Hangzhou Turkey 20141223 0843

What may be the problem? Thanks for your help in advance.

the parcel was delayed in Hangzhou customs, anything in this list http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650 ?

it is not anything in that list they are just cheap shoes. Will they noy arrive in Tukey?

If your buyer protection is expiring, then ask seller extend the protection or open dispute, otherwise keep waiting.
