the parcel has problem in guangzhou customs. you should open dispute asap.

Image below shows the last track information of my order but don't know chinese and don't what it means? And this happend after I opened a dispute on 29/03/2015

bardes hangi sayfanadan takip ediyorsun?
My parcel is still not delivered. on tracking site it says still on route. I opened dispute but they rejecting they claim my parcel will delivered to me but i gave up and i dont want it anymore

Hocam burdan paylasmayim adresi sadece.admin bakiyor ordan.benimkide kayip ben bu lavuga inat kendim bakiyorum
