Hello,

Somebody know what is happening with this 3 packages?:
RI321978991CN
RI321978926CN
RI321978930CN

Sended from Shenzhen. Usually from this location it's taking 3-4 days after status "Package sent". Now it's more than 10days, and package are still in transit, somewhere.

now is chinese new year holiday season, you need triple the waiting time.

I understand, but Chinese new year is only in China. These packages left China at 1st february, so now they should be in different place. Or i'm wrong?

sent to airline does not mean the parcel has left china. it goods means that the goods was sent to airline's warehouse, it might take a couple of weeks get airplane space.

I have a similar problem, my package has status ¨sent to airline¨ since the 2nd of February. What status should we be waiting for to know the packages are actually on the way to us?

"sent to airline" status will stuck for 2 to 4 weeks without changing. you can not know the exact location during the period.

RA661245255RU just arrived Guangzhou today. You should ask receiver call 11185 and inquiry delivery detail.
