It should be waiting in the airport. you need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.

But my friend ordered a product same time with me and his product arrived Turkey in 13 days. I'm waiting about 22 days and you're saying wait 2-4 weeks to me.

it is common that late shipped parcel arrives earlier. different starting city has quite different processing speed.
