Please admin can you help me out?

My parcel has been stuck at export custom scan for almost 4 weeks now. Is it possible that it got sent back to the shipper?

the parcel seems to have problem to pass security check. you'd better open dispute and claim refund.

Does this mean it has been shipped back to the shipper?? There is no possibility that it will pass customs in any way?
