Hi,

I ordered something on Ebay the 7th of december. When I track it from China to France, the last informations are :

Register# : RI096166256CN
Service : International Mail
Date : 13/12/2014
Location : CN
Status : Départ
13/12/2014 Départ CHINE (REP.POP)
(CN)
Route Details

And since these last informations, I don't have any new from what I ordered. Is it lost ? Is it on its way to France ? Is there a new tracking number for it ?

it should be on the way to France but delayed somewhere. tracking number is same as before. you can wait one more week, if not arrive, open dispute to ebay.

French Post(La Poste) is responsible for delivery of the parcel.
