Hello.

November 11th I bought Some toy cars (no battery inside) on ebay. They were send to the Netherlands on november 18 with tracking number RH000985716CN. On the 22 of november the status is "opening" and it hasn't change since. Is my parcel lost?? Is there something with the douane?? This is the first time I bought something from China so I don't know how long it will take but it's a Christmas present for my son and I was wondering if it will be here on time. The ebay-seller cant help me he said.

the seller delayed shipment by one week. the parcel should arrive Netherlands by New Year time.

okay thank you very much. Do you know what the term 'opening' means?? Is it still in china or is it already on is way to holland??

still my status hasn't change.. it's export security scan since november 22nd. (for 18! days). When will the status be; send to airline?? when do I open a dispute??

now is rush season, the parcel is delayed like many other parcels. it should arrive on or before New Year holiday. I don't think you need open dispute at this moment.

okay i'll wait till december 30. the 45th day is january 1st so if I wait till then I can't get my money back. is it the 45th day from buying or from sending?

45 days from payment. you open dispute within this date .

The status of my package hasn't changed for 23 days now. I contacted the seller, they say they will contact China post. The 45th day is 26 of december. When should I open dispute??

you can open dispute on Dec 20 if you still not get it then.
