My order has been shipped by the seller on 2014.11.10 01:11. But the China Post page still i get the following message:
China Post has not received parcel# RF000326869CN.
Can you help me?

you can wait one more week, if it still tracks no information, you should open dispute.

My order status since 25/11/2014 is export security scan. There is a problem? This is a phone case. I am very disappointed. :(

ess status might stuck for 2 to 3 weeks, it is normal.
