LZ515242925CN I need to know if this is a fake number as I have heard nothing for over a week

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ515242925CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

I have emailed the seller twice now and have had no response from them, do I proceed with the dispute or shall I wait a little longer?

I suggest you wait 2 more days, if you don't get any response and can not track real shipment data, then open dispute.

They have decided to send the item now as the tracking has come through and has left Beijing and on route to London airport. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
