hello good morning, my package with tracking number takes RD285442259CN standing 14 days without changing status.
What is the problem?

The parcel will transit from Urumqi to Beijing or Shanghai by land, then catch international flight. The time sometimes needs about 3 weeks. you can wait one more week and see new status.
