I tried to track my parcel and china tracking search gives me this:

2014-09-16 18:07
乌鲁木齐国际, 芬兰 - FI, 出口总包互封开拆, Opening

2014-09-12 20:04
83009903, 芬兰 - FI, 收寄局收寄, Collection

What does it mean ?
3 weeks seems way to long since last status update !

mobile phone will be rejected by safety officer. your seller should not use airmail to ship this kind of battery item. open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund asap.
