Since the 13 of july the status of my order is not updated. Is it a normal thing.? thank you.

over 45 days without changing of status is a little bit strange. But it occasionally happens. If your parcel has no battery item inside, it should be ok. If your buyer protection date is expiring , you'd better open a dispute to protect your payment.

if the cam corder has battery, it should be a problem. battery is a safety threat to passenger airline and not allowed by airmail.
