Hi Everyone,
If I track my parcel, here's the status. Would that mean it is already in NL?

It's been 7 days but I didn't receive it yet. This is the second time it happened to me so Please help me solve the issue?

you should contact Netherlands Post and inquiry who signed the parcel. One possible reason is that the seller gave you a wrong number which is going to other people.
