Hello

I'm waiting for delivery of a package, reference RC695385910CN. I am tracking it and have noticed that it has been stuck at export customs scan since the 14th June. Why is that?

status no changing within 2 to 3 weeks is quite normal. if there is no battery item in your parcel, you no need worry.
