Hi I ordered a package from iOffer and the seller received the payment on may 18th 2014 . Then he sended the package on may 21st 2014 . Now it is already a month later (24th of j-June) , and I haven't received my package yet ? Is this normal ? :(

iOffer is full of spammers. RC497838507CN is fake number, your seller never shipped you anything. You should open a dispute and claim refund asap.

iOffer does not have a strict feedback system like ebay and aliexpress, it is very easy to leave fake positive feedback on himself.
