Could you please tell me where my item is?
Tracking number is RC365518937CN
When I track it, it says "export customs scan" since 8days now 😐

RC365518937CN status is ok. you just need some patient. status will take about one or two weeks to change.

It stucks in ecs for 2 weeks now. I guess I'll ask for refund...
