I have these two plots without knowing if they have already been sent by plane or still in china . No status updates on February 19 " Departure from outward office of exchange".
and pre orders are 3 and January 19, 2014. Can you help?. Thanks

you'd better track in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, it has more accurate location and status information. Sometimes status will stuck in some location for 2 weeks, it is common. you just need to wait.

if status does not change over 3 weeks, then you have to open a dispute and claim money back.
