Hello,

My shipment is in "Waiting for Customs Scan Beijing" status since 28th December.
Is that a normal status? Should I worry or take any actions ?
Destination is Spain.

it is normal. Normally "waiting for customs scan" status will be changed to "sent to airline" after one or two weeks.

The status is still the same, no changes since 28/12/2013.

Should I open a claim ?
