The tracking number is RC255003302CN, But it is not registered and the seller has sais to me that he has gone to the post office and they said that its Because there are a lot of customers and packages to my country and others But Will arrive. Can that be possible or its wrong?

RC255003302CN is an invalid number and not shipped. If it was really shipped. http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php will show status and location within 48 hours of shipment.

you should contact seller and ask for correct tracking number, or open dispute and claim refund.
