I made an order on aliexpress the 15th of January, 2013. The tracking number is RC190757099CN. Could you tell me where is it now, and when will I receive it?

Ok, I track the parcel in this web, but the last status is Export Security Scan on the 25th January.
How many days a parcel usually stay in this status? When should open a dispute?
Is it due to customs problem, New Year Holidays or other problem? Thanks
