This trackingnumber was provided by an aliexpress-seller d.7/2-2014, Is this a FAKE trackingnumber??(no shipmentinformations), or is the situation by China post air mail delayed.?

RC138641179CN has not been received by China Post yet. It should be a fake number. Please open a dispute with aliexpress and report fraud.

I opened a dispute 15/2-2014, but the seller refused.!!! what now, is my money lost, please tell me what to do.? help!!!

you can escalate the dispute and report to aliexpress that you have never received the goods.
