http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel stuck in Guangzhou customs almost one month. it might have some problem to pass security check. is there any battery or liquid inside?

you can wait 3 more days and track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . if still stuck in Guangzhou, then it might be lost. you should open a dispute and claim money back.
