Hi!

I'm waiting for a package wich is retained in Customs Export Scan Hangzhou since 02/25/2014.

Should I wait a to know if the packet is sent by the airline? Should I wait to open a dispute or as I open it?

you'd better to open a dispute now. it is a little bit strange that the parcel stuck in Hangzhou for so long time. normally it should not over 10 days.
