I bought 3 package's almost a month ago, but still not received anything. Sellers says it is in transit, but i can't trace the first to codes, third code has a trace it should be in the netherlands, but postal can not find any information about it.

if you have not got your goods over 1 month, no matter they are on the way or not, now it is the time to open a dispute to claim refund. it is a protection of your money. if they actually arrives later, you can pay back to the seller.
