Please help I bought this item on ioffer from china nearly two months ago.can you please tell me where this parcel is.i did not recieve parcel and I'm in the uk.it says final delivery shanghai.please help.

RB896985717CN...please help.i purchased this item from ioffer nearly two months ago.i can't track it where is it .

RC031063632CN was returned to Shanghai, you will NOT receive this parcel.
