Hello,

I ordered a package from China and was able to track it all the way until now. Now it tells me, that the package was delivered 4 days ago. But I didn't receive any package or any notice that the package was delivered to a neighbor. So I would like to now which German company was responsible for the delivery, so I can contact them to ask, where my package is right now. Could you please provide the information?

RC027339676CN was successfully delivered in SHANGHAI. that means the parcel was returned to shipper in shanghai. you should open a dispute and claim money back immediately.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
